Belmont Residence is a five-bed residential treatment home for adults living with serious mental illness, thoughtfully prepared in the Portland area and opening in spring 2027.
A home, not a facility.
Recovery rarely happens in a hospital hallway. It happens at a kitchen table, on a familiar street, among people who know your name.
Belmont is meant for the space between hospital and independence: a calm, well-kept house with trained staff close at hand, a steady rhythm to the day, and room to rebuild the everyday things that make a life feel like your own.

We will work hand in hand with each resident's psychiatric provider, case manager, and primary care team, so no one has to carry their plan alone.

Warm rooms, natural light, and a kitchen that smells like dinner. Belmont is a residential house in a quiet Portland-area neighborhood, arranged for comfort and privacy, with the safeguards a treatment setting requires built in quietly.

When we open, every admission will follow a clear, collaborative process. Families and referral partners on our interest list will receive our referral packet first.

An in-person screening at the home, with time to ask questions and meet the household.
